Yes. Dave did it without any help or connections 0
Kind of. Dave did it largely on his own, but once it was out there that he was former Nirvana, doors opened that otherwise would have remained closed. 1
No. If Dave weren't the drummer from a very famous band, nobody would listen to his demo tapes. 0
