Do you think Foo Fighters could have been what they are today without the Nirvana connection? I don't mean if Kurt didn't go out the way he did, or if Nirvana continued and Foo was a side project. I mean if an unknown guy named Dave recorded and released songs with no connection to any established anything... would the Foo Fighters be what they are now?
Your vote: No. If Dave weren't the drummer from a very famous band, nobody would listen to his demo tapes.
