I created this poll already with my own answer to this question: "Should ALL Pokemon be able to reach the Same CP?" However, I wanted to ask all of the people on this subreddit what their thoughts were, as well as their possible explanation to why they believe what they think.
Your vote: YES, all Pokemon, regardless of Trainer level or evolutionary status, should be able to reach the same max CP.
