Meaning those clients who show late without providing at least some advance notice, 1 HR minimum or so, informing you they will be late so you can attempt to rearrange your schedule. They tell you they're going to be late when they're already on their way over, if they give any notification at all. Sometimes they just show up 10-30 minutes late without giving any heads up, just expecting you to keep waiting. So, what way do you handle this?
