I have always been curious as to what other tribes or regions call a frybread with toppings? No matter where I go, when I see Navajos making the tacos; I always refer to it as Navajo Tacos. No matter the region or community we find ourselves on. Makes me laugh to be corrected, they know the deal.... they know. If you like, comment with your preferred name, and what your favorite toppings are, and what is your method of consumption (ex. fold and enjoy, break up frybread in pieces and top...etc.).
