My hand raised signing motion to ask for the check after dinner last night brought up a discussion between my wife and I. She believes servers all agree that it is annoying when customers using this signing motion when asking for the check. I disagree with her, but I have never worked in the service industry so I don't know. I can't imagine it is that big of a deal considering everything servers have to deal with so I am asking the audience on this. What are your thoughts?
