Henrik & Daniel Sedin are 36 years old and are finishing up their 16th NHL season. Their current 50 point pace is still very much respectable, and their leadership is more important ever. One more season with the C for Henrik would tie Stan Smyl as the longest serving captain in franchise history. They are signed under their current deals through the end of next season. After that it is not yet known what's in store for the twins. They have never wavered from saying they want to finish their careers in Vancouver, and it would be shocking to think management isn't looking to bring them back. Having said this, I'm very interested to know if Canucks fans would rather them stay in Vancouver (under the assumption that they will not be winning a Stanley Cup before retiring) or go to a contender that goes on to win the cup. Would you prefer to have them to stay in Blue and lead the new era or go to a contending team and win that elusive ring?
