I really want to see an end to united politics that suppress multiple viewpoints and I don't think people should be obligated to vote strategically. The electoral reforms already done this session are a good start, but I think the electorate deserves to be better represented by a more fair system.
Combined with a new system and the recent progressive reforms, we would have a much better political process.
Which new system do you feel is the best?
Or disagree and say why FPTP is good.
If anyone actually know what proportional system the NDP is advocating for (with a link), I will update this post. As you can see, proportional systems come in many flavors.
