I recently moved to the downtown Burbank area and really enjoy it: very walkable, lots of restaurant options, not too far from nature or transportation. I get that residents don't want Burbank to become Glendale, but it does seem that Downtown Burbank could add some elements that would make it more attractive for visitors and more livable for residents. I am also concerned that so many businesses downtown are closing all at once. I was curious what you all think are things that can be done to improve. Has the city done any sort of surveys or hired any consultants to analyze what should be done in downtown burbank?
