Ok, I personally think capes would be a superb edition to the game. Before you decide your position, hear me out: The capes could be like they are in Destiny on the Hunters. They would provide a special capability or buff that nothing else could give. They may have to change up the Meta for it, due to the proc piece requirements being easier to attain. OR, if the capes are too powerful or just don’t fit right, add capes for the fashion! We could have shoulder capes, heavy cloaks, full capes, thin capes, short capes, full body capes, etc. I think this could be really cool for making more unique character looks, and another idea I had is the cloaks would be like in Destiny, where your class dictates your extra armor piece, but rather than having class dictate it, you set to choose 1 of 3 or so different accessories to fill an armor slot and it will buff you accordingly, such as the arm bonds on the warlocks. Yes, it’s out there, and it’s unlikely we will ever see these but really, who wouldn’t love to have their nightblade assassin be even MORE edgy and have a cape?!
