As vaccinations are speeding and people are planning there next vacations in coming months/years, I am intrigued to ask fellow redditors if you would travel to destinations classified as Last Chance Tourism destinations.
During lockdown, there were many posts, videos, photos showing nature healing due to reduced/no tourism. So, my question is would you travel to destinations such as Venice, Maldives, Manitoba, Antarctica, Mount Everest, Kiribati, etc. knowing they might not exist in next 50yrs.
If yes, Why.? There are other places that are not in danger and most importantly, your visit may contribute to its disappearance faster.
If no, why not? Well this might be your last chance before the destination is consumed by global warming or over tourism.
Your vote: No. No way I will travel to these destination.
