I'm really just curious, I know there are lots of types of SBs, in general I never ask for more for an overnight, I either reject them or do them, and I'm usually a monthly allowance so it'd be odd to all, but if I was ppm I feel I still wouldn't. But do you SBs ask or *charge* more if you decide to stay with your SD overnight after being asked? **PLEASE** be civil in the comments, no personal attacks and no "a real SB would do this" or "a true SD would do that" it's just so rote and unnecessary. Diatribes and monologues also unwelcome.
