I'm a real estate attorney thinking about going solo. One niche practice area I'm considering is helping clients who choose to go the FSBO route. For a flat fee, clients would get:
- unlimited phone calls/emails to have questions answered
- disclosure documents
- purchase agreement drafted
- deed drafted
- title work and closing docs reviewed
- a library of blog posts and videoes with detailed information for every step of the process (pricing, staging, marketing, etc.)
Half of the flat fee would be due up front and the remainder would be paid at closing.
Anecdotally, it seems there is a market for this service. What say you? If you were doing a FSBO, is this a service you would use?
