A-1. The lower house, house of delegates shall be expanded to 200 members.
A-2. The house of delegates shall be elected by proportional representation with each party on the ballot getting 1 seat per one half of a percent of the vote.
A-3. The parties shall be at total liberty to choose their candidates and who they with to seat, however the candidates must be publicly available and in order of who gets seated first.
A-4. The terms shall be set at 2 years.
B-1. The upper chamber, state senate shall be elected be expanded to 50 members.
B-2. The state senate shall be elected via approval voting. Each candidate on the ballot shall have the option to vote approved. For every approval that candidate gets 1 vote. A voter my approve as many or as few candidate as they choose, the candidate with the most votes wins.
B-3. The term shall be 2 years.
C-1. The Governor and Lieutenant governor shall be elected via approval voting. Each candidate on the ballot shall have the option to vote approved. For every approval that candidate gets 1 vote. A voter my approve as many or as few candidate as they choose, the candidate with the most votes wins.
C-2. Every intermediate election the Governor and the Lieutenant governor shall face a simple approve or disapprove vote if the majority of voters vote disapprove on the Governor and Approve on the Lieutenant governor the Lieutenant governor shall take over as governor and the house of delegates shall pick the replacement. If both shall receive a majority disapprove the house of delegates shall replace both.
D.1- An electoral commission consisting on five member from each elected party shall draw the legislative districts whenever necessary. All members must agree for the districts to be approved.
