well i'm on a break since shortly after yone came out so i have no idea how annoying seraphine is, but reading some comments makes me guess it's pretty bad. so for the moment i will not start again. also i read that something uncool has changed in the shop. i know its a pipe dream, but what if riot would make us vote let's say 3 weeks after they make a change, if we wanna keep it or not? i don't think a majority against it should be enough to undo the change since there are probably many people like me who dislike changes at all, and since those who do like something new are probably affected way more then those who dislike it (e.g. if you don't like a new champ you only have to play against him/her and only rarely, while those who like the champ play it themself pretty often). But some changes will be downvoted by more then 80%, and those should get abandoned while more then 50% downvotes could just mean: let's do something about it, like a little nerf, to calm the haters.
