Hi all fellow MSPs! I'd like to know what other MSPs offerings are. Many years ago MSP mentors advocated 3 levels of support so the customer had a choice (bronze, silver, and gold, for example). Other people, such as Gary Pica, recommend only a single offering - fully managed IT services with RMM/AV/SPAM/AYCE. Another one I've heard of is either remote support with hourly on-site or both AYCE support remote and onsite. What does your MSP offer? Please participate in the poll and/or comment.
