I have a particular client, where the Agile team is incredibly unstable. We have people regularly joining and leaving the team. This last sprint, I had 6 new people join the team, and we've gone 4 sprints without a DevOps person, so none of the user stories have been deployed to a QA or staging environment. The client is experiencing rapid growth and they are lagging behind on hiring. The client said to me that "all startups work this way". Now I am pretty confident that they don't, but I'm also aware that I only have 35 years of experience in the industry, so my sample size is quite small. So I started wondering, what is the status of other Agile teams and thought I'd do a poll on Reddit. Maybe you guys will find the information useful too. So, how "stable" is your team?
