For clarity, I'm not talking about value in terms of rarity (or skill fodder). I mean characters that were once considered very high tier (or at least very good) who have serious obsolescence issues in the face of new characters, the introduction of SI, the introduction of new skills, etc.
Your vote: M!Robin - He used to be one of the few colourless hard-counters. Post-SI, many do it better.
