So, considering that Autumn hasn't done much outside of Skullgirls, has gotten into a massive lawsuit involving them, Konami and City National over being unable to pay the debts due to Def Jam Rapstar flopping (which likely still affects Autumn to this day and which caused Skullgirls's troubled release history in the first place), and their most recent ventures not performing well (i.e. Vidmob), I have a feeling that Autumn Games is going to declare bankruptcy and put whatever they have up for sale (this includes the Skullgirls IP). Literally the only reason they're still around despite being in operation for more than 10 years is because Skullgirls has been keeping them afloat.
