While I'm just as excited for Flashpoint as the next guy, I've also - already - begun to see comments around the inter webs stating that this will "undo Arrow Season 3 and Season 4"; while I agree both seasons have been...really bad...I've also got to consider this from the perspective of a TV producer....is there a point in essentially undoing FOUR years of television? I'd say no...
On the other hand this serves as the perfect way to tweak the timeline to include Supergirl - albeit it wouldn't be the exact same Kara from the current show - it would be a way to include Kara and her supporting cast WITHOUT Superman.
But then the issue becomes, if you modify the timeline to include Supergirl...then you'd NEED to modify Arrow (four seasons of it) and Legends (the first season too) because the story wouldn't make too much sense...
Your vote: "Flashpoint" will be a self-contained Flash-centric storyline that will use versions of characters from the other shows, but won't expand outside of The Flash.
