Time to settle this debate I'm seeing of people either thinking getting the LE Celeste skin is a high drop or whether it's very rare. Personally I think we think it's a high drop because only the people who have gotten an LE skin would post about it, so it's what we see. So here you go guys answer honestly, what did you get?
