I don't mean you don't like him or his abilities but rather just in raw balance is he broken? Like how DF was considered broken not broken in the sense he has a lot of bugs. (Side Note: Try to not be bias (*cough* zen mains *cough*) (side note: I think he's broken if he had no counters or counter-play)
