I noticed that when I enter grocery store or Costco, my brain fog seems to be triggered or exasperated. Especially at Costco, I feel making eye contact is very difficult, feeling very awkward around other people. I am curious to see if anybody else have similar experiences.
Your vote: I experience similar symptoms & triggers but not with grocery shopping/costco.
