At least 1 bone fragment from virtually every bone in the body was found in Avery's burn pit.
Some people believe that pretty much all of Halbach's remains were in Avery's burn pit save for that portion of her remains that were in Janda barrel 2. Those who hold this view believe that her remains in the Avery pit consisted of:
A) bone fragments that were able to be identified through analysis as bone fragments
B) ash and small pieces of matter that were unable to be identified through analysis as bone because they were too small for any such determination to be made.
Other people believe that well over half of Halbach's remains were missing from Avery's pit. They argue that the only remains in the pit that came from Halbach were those bone fragments that were able to be identified through analysis as bone fragments. They say little to none of her remains consisted of any of the multitude of ash and unidentified fragments.
This poll asks those who believe Halbach's remains were planted to answer whether they think a majority of her remains were planted in Avery's pit or far less than half and how.
Anyone who chooses option 1 or option 2 is admitting that a lot of portions of bone can be reduced to ash or fragments that is unable to be identified as bone.
Someone who argues that the bones would have been nearly fully intact and would not have had any portions reduced to ash or small fragments would have to select option 3 or 4.
Your vote: After the fire the killer busted up each bone one by one, after busting a bone would take one or more pieces and stick them in the pile reserved for planting and the remaining pieces of that bone in a pile to be dumped elsewhere
