Since it's been a few weeks since the updated errata and its infamous update to tiger fear, I figure people have had enough time to have an opinion based on the updated rule. Also makes a clear statement of what the new rule So here is a poll of what people would prefer out of it.
Also, I assume its a general consensus that the pre-measuring the distance should not be a thing, so lets assume that is changed on the next errata anyways.
Your vote: Tiger Fear sucks anyways: They should replace the national characteristic all together(there have already been other recent subreddit post about this, so you can see those for ideas)
