How long did your RMA process take?
The Steam support has created a advanced RMA for my Right controller on SEP 30. On OCT 1st they said i should receive the tracking information for my replacement device SHORTLY.
18+ days later i got still no tracking information.
It should not take more than 18 days just to send a controller that also is in stock, right?
