Recently there has been some discussion around the focus and content of this subreddit. Some people, including me, feel that end user questions on how to use the individual Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint should not be posted here, but rather in dedicated places such as /r/Word and /r/Excel. These type of questions are often posted by people who find our sub because they purchased Office 365 Home or Personal.
Topics that should be continued to be discussed in /r/Office365 should be IT pro focused, for instance about migrations, onboarding, configuration of services in the Portal or with PowerShell, integration with 3rd party tooling, reporting, and so on. In SKU terms we're talking about Office 365 for Business, Edu and Enterprise.
I created below poll to gather some input that can be helpful for the internal conversation between the mods of /r/Office365. Please vote.
Your vote: Implement improvements, but keep the focus on both IT pros as well as end users
