Below are a list of recommended exercises or stretches for lower back pain and/or sciatica.  I'd like to compare mine and others experiences with these exercises specifically if you have L4/5 and/or L5/S1 herniated discs.  
If an exercise makes your sciatica worse or brings it back then select it. If an exercise didn't make things worse then don't select it :)
