As a prime feature in the original game which has been watered down since. I wanted to see what you folks thought about this feature. Personally, I am leaning towards the small 30/60 minute cycles. Having played other MMORPG's that have that system in place, it's a win-win for almost everyone. It gives the night time only players and day time only players a chance to run the opposite content if they ever brought that back.
