Neji, Sakura, Shikamaru and Lee were promoted to Jōnins by the end of Naruto Shippūden, and Naruto became the Hokage. The remaining members of the Konoha 11 (Ino, Chōji, Shino, Kiba, Hinata and Tenten) were Chūnins. However, Boruto takes place more than a decade after the end of Naruto Shippūden. The ranks of the remaining members of Konoha 11 in Boruto are hence unknown (whether they promoted to Jōnin or not). So considering their roles/feats in Boruto currently, who must be/deserves to be promoted to Jōnin in your opinion?
