Hi all, Looking on ebay there are a lot of older laptops and desktops that could still be of use especially if a lighter OS was installed on them. So my question is which would be most popular among the Linux crowd? Now I know that most of you on this subreddit will be completely comfortable with installing linux on old hardware by yourselves. I would like your opinion though on which would be most appealing to those wanting to enter the Linux world.
