After all the easily anticipated failures to harm Klaus that's transpired in this show, from Josh betraying Klaus and plotting with Marcel, to Davina repeatedly plotting to kill Klaus with atrociously risky maneuvers (hiding the white oak stake and reviving Mikeal), and Jackson & Hayley orchestrating that dreadful failure of an attempt to seize Hope from Klaus. This suggests the question, "Which main supporting character is most likely to die next?" I won't add Hayley and Marcel as an option since there is a temporary miniature plot armor around them due to their importance in the series.
