with so many new builds in that ever-so-predictable townhouse floor plan going up around our city, what are your thoughts on having a garage vs not having one? most of these floor plans feature a two car garage with a small office / bedroom / rec room at the bottom floor. would you rather use that bottom floor for more square footage or have covered parking? genuinely curious as to people's thoughts are on this.
