By "play" I am talking about actual playing not twice a month or right before streaming. It does not have to be frequent or even regular but it must be totally freewill (not because the company requires them to play for example). Also a good understanding of the actual game is needed. E.g. understand how economy works, what's the more demanding mats, what's abundant mats, how to clear all raids/dungeons, which class are strong in PvE/PvP and so on. By "employees" I am refer to all employees in NCWest including so-called "dev team".
