Hi there, I am currently a master degree student, and I am doing a research about food delivery. I would like to ask you guys that when you order food delivery, do you tip by percentage (e.g. 10% 15% 20%) or do you already have number in your mind (e.g. $5 $7 no matter how big the order is). Given that your food order is around $25-100 included tax, no delivery fee, and you live around 3-4 miles from the restaurant. The restaurant promised you 30-45 minutes and the driver arrive at your house on time or maybe a little bit before the promised time.
