Assume that there are no prerequisites for this course. Course Description: The study of ancient warfare and strategy. This course will outline specific wars and battles in which there will be a detailed examination of military deployment, formation and tactics. It has not been decided which civilizations will be examined but assume prominent civilizations such as Roman, Ottoman, Egypt and Mongol. For example, a lecture could examine Hannibal and his military brilliance against the Roman Republic. Thank you,
