Personally, I always pull my underwear down in the front. I don’t even touch my dick, just let it rest on the elastic band while I pee. Then bounce the band it a couple times to shake the last drips, and pull the waistband forward to let everything fall back into place. I don’t like touching my dick after my hands have been touching all kinds of random surfaces in the world. I’m gonna wash my hands after I finish, but not because I touched my dick, because my hands were likely dirty when I got in there, and then I touched the toilet.
