As many might have noticed already, the clinic's inability to manage files consistently and miscommunication problems are notorious. Almost every post about Dr. Brassard's clinic/surgeries mentions this. I myself have been (and still am) waiting to get my operation (~year), while I see countless others who applied after me who are now post-op. I know for a fact that they "lost" my file at least 2 times in the process, and that other people who sent files identical to mine (same insurance/psy/Drs letters) and at the same time have been through without issues. I also experienced, like many, extreme difficulty to get answers from the clinic (I had to go in person once to get things to "move"). This isn't normal business behaviour. With this survey I'm trying to demonstrate the inconsistency of the clinic's files management: that some get through the whole process in 6 months while others wait a year, for no apparent reasons.
