This Vote is to determine weather we use the ACTUAL MLB rules of rookie limits, which is 130 ABs or less for hitters, and 50 IP or less for pitchers. Right now, the constitution states "Under 130 ABs and 50 IP", which would mean 129 ABs or less, and 49.2 IP or less. Obviously this is a small detail, but a detail none the less that was affected with Yuli Gurriel have EXACTLY 130 ABs.
