Do you want to do a December-only "Bonus Round" and start a new 100 days on Jan 2 (the first Monday)? Hello 100daysofketo friends! So we are almost to the end of Round 7 which is amazing. I appreciate every one of you that has participated in this round and previous rounds and has helped to make this community what it is. I wanted to quickly apologize for being so hands off this round, my work-life-balance has been pretty terrible the last few months as I'm working on a very important project at work so I haven't had much time to be as engaged in this community as I have wanted to be. But the automatic posts are working well and I'm glad that everyone is still here and participating and making amazing progress! :) I know that the holidays are a rough time for dieting / weight loss / health in general and I know that many people may wish to take a break or be more lenient, and probably just as many want to continue on. We normally take a couple week break between rounds but that would put us in the middle of December, meaning an additional few weeks before a "logical" start point. So I had an idea! We could do a December "BONUS ROUND" which would allow us to start a full 100-day round again on Jan 2 (the first monday). *Full disclosure:* this project I'm working on at my job goes live on December 5, and I'm fairly certain that I will be stressed beyond belief for several weeks following. Being able to compartmentalize a short keto round would be beneficial to me personally and a new 100 day round in January would give me a chance to catch up if all hell breaks loose. What do you think?
