One of the most common questions people have when buying running shoes, concerns the topic of “drop.” After having myself tried moving to a 4 mm Hoka model, I have had to switch back to a higher drop because of the pain in peroneal tendons.
This poll is to measure how many of you have moved successfully to a lower drop and to discuss how to better adopt - or not - the new trend of low to zero drop.
There is tons of information out there on this topic, but I wanted to get a feedback from the field.
