I've tried to make this poll twice before and for some reason it kept cutting off the options. Hopefully the third time is the charm. I've heard a lot of different positions in this group about what the role of the government should be. it would be interesting to see how the majority of people feel about this topic. This isn't about the minor tweaks and changes we would all like to see but rather the overarching function of our government. I've tried to cut it down to the major positions I've heard people argue for or against. The are ordered from what I see as the largest government to the smallest.
