I've looked all over the web for a Card poll/tier list but I never could find one, unless you can link me one, vote for your top 5 cards! I'd love to see what people think. This is to find out what most people think is a really good card is a general scenario but you can consider scenarios like Blank Card to help you make a decision which is why I included The Hierophant in my top 5 just because of how powerful the synergy is with Blank Card.
