This is a tough question that is getting a bunch of mixed answers, even from JP vets due to how they experienced Valenti in the past. With global handling releases differently and shutting down B.DM before he even becomes a thing (and B.Lilia) it's tough deciding what to do. I know she's good for the guild boss, but this question is strictly in regards to PvP.

Your vote: No, although global is handling releases differently, even if it means having to endure anti-pierce longer than JP you have to remember strong B.Lilia is better long term and great red units will come down the line... eventually.
