Hello Reddit! I would like to get your views on a utilitarian, traditional resume versus a modern, fancy resume. I asked several of my friends and family, and the results were very, very divided. Some people didn't care. Some people hated one or the other. Some people liked both. I realize that in a job search, there is no perfect resume. Every hiring manager has a aesthetic preference, and you need to get lucky to hit it. The same goes for wording, content, etc etc. However, I am a believer in statistics, so I am taking a poll: Which of the 2 resumes, if it came across your desk, would you prefer?
