So I just RMAed my device again this is second time in last 4 months I had to return a device I love. Are we paying too many $$$ to Beta test Google's sloppy job? And those of us who are on r/projectfi we are paying double tax. I understand devices are bad but it has never happened in my smartphone life that device so good is full of problems. And too top it off google customer service and policies are changing as we speak. My first RMA was $0 authorization but my second RMA is $1000 authorization ( hold until they receive old device). Thats bullshit specially if I am pay $5 insurance fee on this thing. I will think twice before buying any hardware from google. There is every growing list of their hardware graveyard. Let's see who else is on same boat :(
