There's several threads complaining about PGL oberservers throughout the event. Before the event, there are some positive threads about PGL being responsible for ingame production during ESL One Cologne (for ex: https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/4pcm2d/pgl_responsible_for_ingame_production_during_esl/ ). Now after the event, let's make a poll about how the observers should be handled for the next events.
