In Season 1 of The Dragon Prince, we learned about the cost of Dark Magic, but its use is clearly shown to be beneficial for the villains without any moral ambiguity. However in Season 2, Dark Magic just becomes more reasonable. In case you need a reminder, here's some morally ambiguous question in the show this season: 1. Would you rather save 100.000 people or risk killing a Lava Titan? 2. Would you rather save a helpless dragon or let it die? 3. Would you rather heal your brother from paralysis or kill a deer?
