Having a Tamron 28 - 75 mm F2.8 lens, is it worth to get Sony 50mm, F1.8 lens? View On reddit.com

I can get the Sony 50 mm lens for $150. I'd like to use it mainly for bokeh, portraits and wide angles (although for this might be better a 16 or 24 mm lens?) Thank you so much!
