Hey guys. Its hard not to notice lately that many winners are keeping their items a couple days before it lands back in modmail.
Some of them add something innocent to the submission like, "watch was much bigger in person," "I liked it more in the pics but not now," or "My SO is making me get rid of one, and etc"
Some users might have a good reason to flip. Some might even flip just to keep raffling on the sub for watches they really want. We all have our reasons for going in on a raffle.
But it is hard not to notice the re-raffles filling up the queue. This has been an issue the mod team can talk about all day, but at the end of it you guys are the backbone of the community. Im talking to you regulars who are around to get first dibs on NMs, you discord users, and you guys that eagerly try and make the exclusive 1% club.
So, we want to hear your opinion.
Is flipping an issue? Or is it something to be expected? Can we implement a time-period after which you can flip a won item, or should we be laissez-faire? Should prices go down on an item as it gets flipped week after week, until it finds a forever wrist?
Please answer the polls honestly and if you have other thoughts and opinions on the issue, please use this post and comment below.
